(1) To provide a platform for cross-disciplinary communication and collaboration by combining educational research resource within and outside the University.
(2) To publicize evidence-based educational research knowledge to help the public and various sectors understand educational issues.
(3) To create a platform for reflection on educational issues and to promote the ability and competencies of citizens’ awareness of public issues.
(4) To reach the consensus on education policies and put forward advice to play the part of the Education Think Tank.
